In their May 4 meeting, the NSCA Executive Council made the decision to allow punches earned during the 2019 shoot year to be carried over to 2021. This decision will alter rule V-A-2-e of the 2020 NSCA Rule Book for the 2021 shoot year only. We appreciate your help in informing the membership of this rule alteration.
